Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for unworn pieces purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Middle Finger™ jewelry is crafted with durable, high-quality materials designed for long-term wear. However, after 30 days from the date of delivery, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements for any issues arising from wear, damage, or tarnishing that occur after the item has been worn or used.
Please note the following:

Damage, discoloration, or wear resulting from exposure to moisture, chemicals, sweat, lotions, perfumes, cleaning agents, or other environmental factors is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Any signs of impact, bending, breakage, improper storage, misuse, or attempted alterations or repairs will void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Tarnish or surface wear that develops over time due to body chemistry, lifestyle habits, or storage conditions is considered normal and not eligible for return or exchange.
Once an item has been worn and 30 days have passed since delivery, Middle Finger™ assumes no liability for changes in condition due to circumstances outside our control.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1 Year Protection Policy
Middle Finger™ 1 Year Protection provides a one-time replacement within 12 months from the original purchase date for qualifying issues related to the structural integrity, craftsmanship, or functional performance of your ring. This protection plan is designed to offer added peace of mind and reflects our confidence in the durability and quality of every piece we create. It exists to support you in the rare event a covered issue occurs under normal, intended use.
COVERED ISSUES INCLUDE:
• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failures such as breakage, band separation, or metal cracking
• Stone-related defects, including a stone becoming loose, dislodged, falling out, or issues with the setting that compromise normal wear
• Integrity issues affecting the construction of the ring that occur without misuse
• Defects in craftsmanship that prevent the ring from being worn as intended
This plan applies exclusively to defects or failures that should not occur under normal wear. If a qualifying craftsmanship or structural defect occurs, the protection allows for a one-time replacement in the same size, style, and color originally purchased. Replacements are issued at no additional cost beyond the purchase of the protection plan itself.
NOT COVERED:
• Loss, theft, or misplacement of the item
• Intentional damage, tampering, or attempts to repair the ring
• Damage caused by accidents, brute force, or extreme misuse
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments that fall outside normal wear
• Cosmetic wear such as small surface scratches, micro-scuffs, or the natural patina and minor dulling that occurs over time with any metal
• Natural tarnishing or color shifts caused by the ring coming into contact with skin oils, lotions, soaps, or environmental factors
• Requests for replacements related to preference changes, sizing issues, or style changes
• Damages or issues occurring after the 12-month protection period ends
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM:
To initiate a claim under the 1 Year Protection plan, please contact us through your order confirmation email or through our support page. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue. Claims are typically reviewed within 2–4 business days. Once approved, your replacement ring will be issued in the original size and style. If the exact item is no longer available, an equivalent replacement option will be provided.
This protection plan is not intended to cover the normal, natural signs of wear that appear on any ring over time. All metals develop small marks and surface changes with daily use. Instead, this plan ensures that if a qualifying craftsmanship-related or structural defect occurs within the defined coverage period, we will make it right. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel fully confident wearing your piece every day.
