Shipping Options 

At checkout you will be able to select your shipping options for UPS and USPS.

Processing Time

Orders placed after noon PST will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3PM CST on Friday will ship out Monday.

Possible Delays 

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. Once our packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS your tracking will be updated and the shipping time is out of our control. If for any reason your package is delayed please let us know and we will do our best to reach out to the delivery company to insure a quick resolution.

Missing Items or Order

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
